  • 1. Subscribers will receive personalized automated and promotional text messages related to but not limited to a) any activity on the OPENLANE platform that affects their account; b) an offer submitted by a user on the OPENLANE platform receives a response; c) vehicles on their watchlist change in price or status; d) they have received an offer; or e) one of their vehicles has sold.
  • 2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code 81929. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to opt back into SMS messages, login to your OPENLANE Account, navigate to Settings > Notifications, and adjust your notification preferences accordingly.
  • 3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at 1-855-925-2252.
  • 4. Carriers nor OPENLANE are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • 5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. In addition to specific transactional notifications, you will receive messages daily and message frequency will vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
